Blair is a self-motivated leader with over 18 years of experience dealing with emergency response, mitigation, and recovery. His experience in critical incident management spurs from his personal regard for safety and security.

As a member of the Institutional Crisis Intervention team in Canada, Blair applies a range of skilled duties pertinent to the safety of the community, provides tactical knowledge into security issues, analyzes imposed threats, and applies conflict resolution tactics.

With a solid understanding of human behaviour as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, Blair is able to guide and encourage others to direct their energy and efforts towards positive learning.
