For over 21 years as an officer in the Canadian Forces, Arif has been the driving force behind his many endeavours. With vast experience in team building, financial management, public relations, and operational planning, Arif has a lot to contribute to the Monticle team.

As a Lieutenant Colonel, Arif has demonstrated leadership capabilities as he commanded a reserve medical unit comprising of over 150 personnel. Arif has also taught at Canadian Forces College where he shared his knowledge in natural disasters management, response to terrorism, and security planning for domestic events such as the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics. In addition to being responsible for planning domestic and international operations, Arif taught Operational Planning on command and staff programs.

With a strong foundation in education, Arif inspires youth to aim higher, work hard for success, and develop into the leaders of tomorrow. In his free time, Arif enjoys golfing, spending time with his three children, and giving back to the community.
