With over 9 years of experience in the Canadian Forces as an Instructor and Medic, Jerome uses his knowledge and skills to give back to society. After completing a degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Toronto, Jerome understands the importance of perseverance and self-discipline. He enjoys serving as a role model and having a positive influence on the youth community.

Jerome has also served on the security force at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games as an emergency medic. Undoubtedly, his various work environments have made him mindful, reliable, and qualified to deal with an array of crisis situations.

Spending many years as piano instructor, Jerome has great experience with motivating youth to overcome limitations. Often welcoming challenges with an open mind, Jerome`s unique background makes him an asset to the Monticle team.

• Outside of work, Jerome enjoys applying creativity around him. This led to him developing a game for   the Xbox 360

• In his free time Jerome enjoys playing a variety of fast paced activities ranging from Lacrosse to   Paintball

• During the Flu/H1N1 scare of 2009 Jerome and several volunteers assisted with the immunization and   vaccinations of thousands of people in Quebec City
