Success of the youth requires both academic and other educational learning opportunities. We work with schools to develop their students in various aspects of their life through experiential learning in Canada. It is certain that we share the same mission which is to increase the potential for success amongst the youth. Beneficial to both the school and society, working together creates opportunities to encourage the youth in discovering their leadership potential – both inside and outside the classroom.

Other Learning Experience (OLE), as outlined below.

Moral and Civic Education:
Monticle’s focus is to shape future youth into leaders in society through a philosophical approach that will strengthen students’ morale and character development.

Community Service:
Monticle strongly emphasizes giving back to the community. Students are given the opportunity to observe and participate through volunteering their time and effort into building a better society.

Career-Related Experiences:
Our instructors and staff are professionals that come from a broad range of careers and life experiences. Special guest lecturers and on-site visits provide students with guidance and helpful tips to achieving their future career passions.

Aesthetic Development:
Our programs also feature the arts which will stimulate the artistic side of students. This creates a holistic development of their learning experience. At Monticle we offer workshops that will meet these needs.

Physical Development:
Although present throughout all of our programs, physical development accompanies mental training to keep the minds and bodies of students sharp and focused.
