Monticle aims to inspire students to acquire essential life skills that help them succeed in becoming high operating leaders in the real world. All programs apply the experiential learning method where students can discover, explore, and obtain skills and knowledge that contribute to their growth and development.

Me³ Foundations is an education-enhancing program that prepares your child for the future. This 14-Day program takes students on a journey of self-discovery in the province of Ontario, where they will have the chance to experience what it is like to be part of a high functioning team, how to lead the team, and how to plan and coordinate to execute activities effectively and efficiently. Students will also learn presentation and communication skills, professional conduct and behaviour in social media, and Social Intelligence in leadership, while exploring the cultural diversity of the city.

Toronto, being the largest multicultural city and major international center for business and finance in Canada, is also home to Monticle’s living quarters. This means that all the great attractions of Ontario are in arms reach, including the downtown core of Toronto, Niagara Falls, Algonquin Park, and prestigious educational institutes in Canada. At these various destinations, students will experience fun and exciting activities including outdoor camping, canoeing, treetop trekking, and more!
