Vanessa is a hard-working member of the Monticle tech-support/admin team. She holds a diploma in Computer Networking and Technical Support from Seneca College. Through her educational and professional experiences, Vanessa has gained significant knowledge on computer hardware, applied Internet technology, system diagnostics, LAN installation/maintenance and data communication techniques.

Vanessa is a friendly individual who is an asset to the Monticle team. In addition to her contribution to Monticle, she donates her free time volunteering for organizations such as the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto as a teacher of visual arts. Vanessa enjoys giving back to the community and motivates all students and participants to do the same.
